By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge you are above 18 yrs of age⚠️WARNING⚠️ !!!!
PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF YOU BEING OVER THE AGE OF 18 BEFORE COMMISSIONING ANYTHINg IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE DONT COMMISSION ME THNAKS!!★ I will reject any request that I feel uncomfortable drawing without any further contact.★ If a client is rushing me or rude in any manner, I have the right to decline their request or give out a refund depending on completion of work.★ all sales are finale after the full commission is completed★ this part is not required but a mini mood bored would really help!★ Clients may re-upload their artwork, but must credit me!★ It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be easier to fix during this time. I do show WIP’s for Sketches, Doodles Any work started after the sketch is continued because of your approval.★ If you are not satisfied with the final piece and request any major editing (examples are as provided in the “Payment” section), there will be an upcharge in price or the current piece will be considered as the finished product and will not be changed.★ If there is no response or payment 3 days after being contacted by me, your slot will be forfeited.★ Please be ready to provide a clear and thorough description of any extra accessories or clothing for your commission to avoid any major edits later down the line, it saves time for both sides and money for you.★Please give me everything you have on your character that you want me to have in mind when drawing them - also characters from series since I might not know them. You can also send me a youtube link to a video portraying the characters' personality. By sending this order I confirm that I have read and accept the terms of service for commissioningPlease include reference images of your character(s). If there is anything specific you would like me to get inspired from (e.g. environment for background or stock images for poses) please include them as well. If you cannot provide reference for the character (meaning you only have a text description) i will try my at most best to recrate it! :)★ Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited.✧༝┉˚❋Refunds/Deadlines❋˚┉༝✧★ If the client requests a refund before the sketch begins, I will keep 5% of the current amount paid. If I am in the process of the sketch or have finished and the client requests a refund, I will keep 50% of your current amount paid.
